PCR / qPCR Mastermixes

The PCR/qPCR Mastermix is a pre-prepared mixture used in the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR). The mix contains all the necessary components to start the reaction and allow amplification of DNA or RNA. This simplifies the experimentation effort, minimises sources of error and ensures a fast and precise analysis of genetic sequences.
