qPCR / RT-PCR Machines
Real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) or real-time quantitative PCR is a method used to amplify nucleic acids (DNA or RNA sequences) and simultaneously quantify their quantity in real time. The principle is based on the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), in which a specific DNA sequence is amplified. By using fluorescent dyes or labelled probes, the amount of DNA can be measured during the amplification process.
