The innuPREP Plasmid Midi Kit has been designed for the extraction of plasmid DNA from up to 100 ml of cultured bacterial cells. The kit includes an efficient endotoxin removal and a DNA precipitation procedure.

Lysis Tube P is a 0.5 mL tube with screw cap (green) containing optimized ceramic beads (2.4–2.8 mm) for efficient disruption for difficult samples as insects, dried tissues or plants, compatible with all commonly used homogenizers for bead-beating.

Lysis Tube S is a 2.0 mL tube with screw cap (yellow) containing special small ceramic beads (0.4–0.6 mm) for efficient disruption of stool, bacteria and fungi samples, compatible with all commonly used homogenizers for bead-beating.

The innuMIX qPCR MasterMix SyGreen Sensitive was developed for fast, highly reproducible real-time PCR on the most common qPCR devices for low-ROX and no-ROX. The innuMIX qPCR MasterMix SyGreen uses a proprietary intercalating dye which does not inhibit PCR.

The innuPREP DNA/RNA Mini Kit is IST Innuscreen‘s all-rounder kit. With binding capacities of 50 µg DNA and 100 µg RNA, respectively, both nucleic acids can be isolated from a single sample to produce excellent quality and yields.
