DNA / RNA Extraktions Kits

The innuPREP Plant DNA Kit has been developed for quickly and easily isolating DNA from a wide variety of plant materials (such as leaves, stems, roots, flowers, etc.). The extraction routine includes a prefiltration step to remove unlysed plant components.

The blackPREP FFPE DNA Kit has been designed as a very efficient tool for fast isolation of genomic DNA from FFPE samples. The optimized procedure renders an extra step of deparaffinization and the usage of toxic solvents (e.g. xyolol or octane) unnecessary.

The innuPREP Blood RNA Kit allows users to extract total cellular RNA from fresh whole blood samples stabilized with EDTA or citrate. The kit allows for isolation of highly pure RNA in an extremely short amount of time without using toxic beta-mercaptoethanol.

The innuPREP Plasmid Mini Kit 2.0 allows fast and easy isolation of plasmid DNA from bacterial cultures. The new procedure allows for processing of 0.5 ml to 15 ml of bacterial cultures. Due to the new filter membrane up to 80 µg pDNA can be isolated from one sample.

Lysis Tube B is a 2.0 mL tube with a screw cap (blue) containing optimized glass (90–150 μm) beads for efficient disruption of bacteria and fungi samples, compatible with all commonly used homogenizers for bead-beating.

The innuPREP PCRpure Kit provides an extremely fast, simple and highly efficient method for purifying amplification products directly from PCR reaction mixtures, sequencing reaction mixtures and/or for concentrating PCR products. Purification is based on a two-step method and takes only approx. 3 minutes to complete.

Lysis Tube W is a 2.0 mL tube with screw cap (red) containing a mixture of ceramic and steel beads (1.4–1.6 mm and 3.5 mm) for efficient disruption of stool, bacteria, fungi and soil, as well as cell cultures and spores, compatible with commonly used homogenizers.

The innuPREP Micro RNA Kit allows researchers to isolate and achieve high yields of small RNA molecules such as mRNA, tRNA, rRNA and snRNA. The first step selectively removes genomic DNA; the RNA is then bound, washed and finally eluted from the filter membrane.

The innuPREP Plant RNA Kit guarantees highly efficient lysis and effectively deactivates endogenous and exogenous RNases. The kit contains two lysis buffers in order to process as wide a range as possible of different plant materials.

The lyophilized innuDRY Standard PCR MasterMix is long-term storage-stable and can be dissolved by the included Resuspension Buffer. Quality and yield of amplified PCR products are excellent.

The innuPREP Forensic Kit is a sophisticated tool optimized for isolating genomic DNA from tiny samples and highly contaminated forensic specimens such as traces of blood, hair, hair roots, finger nails, stamps, cigarette butts, traces of sperm, swabs etc.

The innuPREP SE HMW DNA Kit (m) kit has been designed for the manual isolation of high molecular weight genomic DNA (200 kb – 500+ kb) from tissue samples, eukaryotic cells, rodent tails, bacteria and yeast for applications such as NanoPore or PacBio sequencing.

The innuTaq HOT-A DNA Polymerase provides improved specificity and sensitivity when amplifying low-copy-number targets in complex backgrounds. Its activity is blocked at ambient temperature and switched on at the onset of the initial denaturation.

The Lysis Tube Q consist of a 2.0 mL tube with a screw cap (red) and a metal mandrel, specifically developed for homogenizing extremely tough starting materials, such as rice, bones, and wood.
