LABOKLAV 55L-195L

The LABOKLAV series offers compact and space-saving steam sterilisers in volumes of 55-195 L in a wide range of equipment variants. Each chamber size (between 55 L and 195 L) can be set up as a floor-standing or table-top unit. The LABOKLAV is available in two chamber diameter options:

400 mm: models 55, 80, 100
500 mm: models 135, 160, 195

Thanks to its innovative technology, the LABOKLAV does not discard the demineralised water, used for the recooling phase. Thanks to a closed recooling system with cooling water recirculation, the typical deionised water consumption is reduced by up to 80%. As a result, the LABOKLAV series saves you water and significantly reduces your operating costs.

Individual expansion stages:

Option M: Fast recooling

Double-jacket cooling enables a reduction of the cooling phase by up to 50%.
Suitable for open and slightly closed vessels
No loss of water due to a closed recooling system leads to significant savings in operating costs.

Option MS: Fast recooling and counter pressure

As version M, but with additional support pressure
The back-pressure device enables liquid autoclaving without evaporation loss (for example, media or agar)

Option MSL: Fast recooling, counter pressure, and fan

As version MS, but with an additional fan
The radial fan ensures forced convection within the chamber, which prevents bursting of sealed containers.
Additionally, the cooling performance is significantly improved.

Option MSLV: Fast recooling, counter pressure, fan, and pre-vacuum

As version MSL, but with additional vacuum
A vacuum is necessary for the sterilisation of hollow bodies and mixed waste (i.e., waste containing all kinds of material, e.g., tips, cell culture dishes with residual medium, agar plates). Only if the air content is below 2% (saturated steam condition) can one be sure that the sterilisation process in the core was successful.
The drying vacuum eliminates the need for post-drying in the drying oven when sterilising pipette tips, glassware, filters, and textiles.
