The innuPREP RNA Mini Kit 2.0 is the all-rounder for the extraction of total RNA. Genomic DNA is removed via an optimized pre-column included in the kit. RNA is bound to a second spin filter, washed and finally eluted in 30 - 80 μl RNase-free water.
